This particular problem is caused due to expired links so you'll have no other option than to delete it.
Today we've gotten a tips for you to stop an end to the problem, all you need is to follow this steps below.
- Goto your file manager and move the downloading files that is writing trying to another folder. It will be more preferable when you download ZARCHIIVER then use it to move the file.
- Delete downloaded files from the download list, then start another download of the file afresh(restart) after which you'll pause it.
- Goto where you moved the files then move back to Download folder, it'll ask you if you'll REPLACE or SKIP or any other thing just click on REPLACE.(but at first you need to click✔)
- After you've replaced it, go back to where you're downloading the files and resume it.
- You're now good to go
i have this same problem but not in uc browser but in uc mini browser, where only one file stores instead of 2 files(1 main file & 1 .part file). so pls suggest some idea to get it started.

DeleteSecond, check your access point then input 10.199.212.2 as the proxy server then for the port, input 8080 then launch UC browser again - if it continues, let us know about it
